The University of Tulsa College of Law has provided a top-tier legal education for nearly a century. Founded in 1923 by a group of esteemed Tulsa attorneys, the school was initially called the Tulsa Law School and was not affiliated with any university. The early years saw the law school located at the old Central High School downtown and later in an office building, while its library was housed at the Tulsa County Courthouse.
