The Maryland Judiciary is seeking qualified individuals to fill multiple Law Clerk positions throughout the state. These are full-time, at-will positions with a salary range of $63,119 - $70,120 for Bar Members and $68,499 for Non-Bar Members. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the Judge and assist with legal research, reviewing motions, and drafting memoranda.
- Attend court proceedings as requested by the Judge.

- Triage and deliver chamber work to the Judge.
- Perform various duties based on the level of the court, including District Court, Circuit Court, Appellate Court, and Supreme Court of Maryland.

- Utilize computer software and hardware to complete tasks.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other court personnel.
- Compose orders and memoranda.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Prior legal writing experience preferred.
