Law Student
The candidate will have the opportunity to attend court and depositions, client meetings and closings, and fully participate in the daily life of the firm. Each practice area has at least one mentor (typically a senior associate) who is responsible for monitoring assignments and assisting with integration into the practice area. Also work directly with members of the firm on a wide variety of projects, from conducting legal research to drafting transactional documents, motions and briefs. Second- and third-year law school candidates from diverse backgrounds, life experiences and cultural perspectives are considered. Must have a record of academic success and excellent writing skills, as well as equally important but less tangible qualities such as enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, and initiative. Second-year law students are invited to participate in our Summer Associate Program.
