- Assignments include drafting pleadings, appearing at hearings and depositions, leading interview calls, and researching legal issues

- Eligibility for U.S. citizens who have completed two years of law school and will continue in legal studies in the fall semester following the clerkship
- Unpaid position with a minimum of eight weeks and maximum of twelve weeks of work
