- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and/or pleadings for assigning attorneys or clients.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for and observing mediations, hearings, or trials.
- Observe attorneys during client meetings.
- Draft client alerts concerning new laws.
- Create checklists or forms for various departments such as probate or employment groups.
