Sokoloff Stern LLP is seeking an attorney for its Nassau County office. All levels of experience will be considered. The firm largely focuses on the defense of municipalities and school districts in civil litigation, with a heavy concentration in the defense of civil rights matters. The firm’s caseload includes high profile police matters (including police shootings and wrongful convictions), employment discrimination, First Amendment (free speech and political association), municipal torts, and land use litigation.
