Job Responsibilities:
The 2026 Summer Law Clerk position at the law firm offers 2L students a comprehensive opportunity to engage in a substantive "interview" and training process throughout the summer. The program is designed to allow law clerks to work with as many attorneys and across as many practice areas as possible, spanning all office locations. This immersive experience includes:
- Rotating work assignments across different offices of the law firm

- Participating in a formal mid-summer review and a final evaluation
- Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda and/or pleadings for assigning attorneys and/or clients
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for and observing mediations, hearings, or trials
- Observing attorney-client meetings
- Drafting client alerts on new laws
- Creating checklists or forms for various departments, such as probate or employment groups
Education and Experience Information:
This position is specifically open to students who are in their second year of law school (2L students).
