Job Responsibilities:
- Support staff attorneys from the Safety Net Project as they litigate cases in Housing Court.
- Engage in legal research and writing to assist in case preparation and strategy.
- Conduct client intakes and outreach efforts to identify and understand client needs.
- Correspond with social service agencies to support clients’ cases and ensure comprehensive assistance.
- Attend building-wide and/or client meetings to gather information and provide support.
- Deliver files, checks, and documents to staff attorneys in court to facilitate ongoing legal processes.

Education and Experience Information:
- The position is open to law students who are seeking legal internships.
- No prior legal experience is specified as a requirement, but the role is designed to provide law students with practical experience in legal services and advocacy.

Salary Information:
