Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in initial client consultations, providing direct client contact.
- Manage cases from start to finish, representing clients as the first chair on cases upon licensure.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Work as part of a team in a respectful and growth-oriented environment.
- Develop substantive litigation skills early in your career through training and mentorship from the Learning & Development team.
- Engage in a low billable hours requirement of 100 per month as an Associate Attorney.
- Meaningfully impact people’s lives through legal practice.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctorate must be completed by 2026.
- Completion of the State Bar Exam in February 2026 or July 2026 is required.
- Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus.
- Mock Trial experience is a plus.
- Candidates must submit an official transcript, cover letter, and references after the initial resume review.

Salary Information:
- Competitive salary starting at $83,200 for clerks and $138,000 for associates.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Additional Information:
- The role is remote, but candidates must plan to reside in the state they are applying to after sitting for the Bar Exam.
