OSC is seeking motivated and dedicated law students to join their Summer Law Clerk Program. The 10-week program offers remote and in-person training opportunities, exposure to other small agencies and Merit System Protection Board hearings, and networking opportunities. At OSC, Law Clerks are placed in one of their Program Offices based on their skills, past work experience, and interests. This allows for a personalized and fulfilling experience for each Law Clerk. The Retaliation and Disclosure Unit (RDU) is one of the Program Offices where Law Clerks can be placed. The RDU handles cases involving whistleblower disclosures and retaliation, providing a single point of contact for complainants with multiple claims. Law Clerk duties within the RDU may include reviewing disclosures and PPP complaints, conducting legal research, and assisting attorneys in the investigation and litigation of cases.
