The Retaliation and Disclosure Unit (RDU) is one of the Program Offices where Law Clerks can be placed. The RDU handles cases involving whistleblower disclosures and retaliation, providing a single point of contact for complainants with multiple claims. Law Clerk duties within the RDU may include reviewing disclosures and PPP complaints, conducting legal research, and assisting attorneys in the investigation and litigation of cases.
