Law Clerks may not work outside of the Court in any capacity that would be in conflict with their position with the Court, including any outside employment that would result in the disclosure of confidential information obtained in the course of their employment.
Law Clerks may not engage in any political activity or hold any political office while employed by the Court as a Law Clerk.
Law Clerks may be required to work any of the 12 court locations as needed.
Law Clerks may be required to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Law Clerks may be required to work at any court location.
Law Clerks may not appear in court or provide legal advice to anyone other than the judicial officer to whom they are assigned.

Law Clerks may not use their position or the Court's resources to benefit themselves or others.
Incumbents are subject to mandatory participation in the direct deposit program.
Law Clerks are required to pass a comprehensive background investigation prior to appointment, which includes a review of criminal and civil records.
Law Clerks may be asked to provide their own laptop computer and printer for use during the course of their employment.
Law Clerks are expected to work the full term of their assignment and are prohibited from accepting employment with another law firm or agency during their term with the Court.
Law Clerks may be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
