- Designed for talented 1Ls with no first-tier law firm experience
- Seven-week program with hands-on experience in a variety of practice areas
- Mentoring from partners and associates
- Opportunities for research and writing projects, as well as pro bono work
- Small summer associate group for focused attention and practical training
- Program focuses on what we can do for our summer clerks
- Commitment to hiring, retaining, and promoting attorneys from diverse backgrounds

- Partnered with Diversity Lab in 2023 and achieved Midsize Mansfield Rule certification

- Weekly salary of $4,038 during program dates of June 2 - July 25, 2025
