Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research to support court proceedings and decision-making.

- Analyze petitions for discretionary review to assist in deciding whether cases should proceed.
- Prepare for oral arguments by gathering pertinent information and formulating questions or points of discussion.
- Draft legal opinions for the judges, providing clear, concise, and well-researched documents that reflect the judge's views and the law.
Education and Experience Information:
