Job Title: Fall Legal Intern

The Federal Trade Commission's #***# offers a unique opportunity for second and third-year law students to gain hands-on experience in the legal and economic aspects of competition law. As a legal intern, you will work closely with attorneys, economists, and other investigative staff on real cases and investigations. This is a semester-long program, with opportunities available in both the Fall and Spring semesters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal and factual research
- Interview witnesses
- Write legal memoranda
- Prepare documents and exhibits

Application Process:

- Fall semester: Apply between late January and early April
- Spring semester: Apply between early September and early November
- Submit cover letter, resume, law school transcript, writing sample, and three references
- Apply directly to the Division of interest

Requirements:

- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must receive course credit for internship
- Part-time (minimum of 20 hours per week) and full-time positions available
