Law Firm Seeking Admission and Practice Rule (APR) 9 Legal Intern for Corporate Transactions Practice
The Law Firm of #***# is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Admission and Practice Rule (APR) 9 Legal Intern to join their Corporate Transactions practice. This internship will provide the opportunity for hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and be a current student or graduate of a Masters of Laws Program (LL.M.) and/or a JD 3L Law Student.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with various contract, corporate, and tax matters
- Conducting legal research and writing memoranda of law
- Drafting and reviewing correspondences, contracts, and agreements
- Organizing files, documents, and binders
- Attending consultations and participating in corporate litigation proceedings under the supervision of an attorney
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior law firm experience is a plus
- LL.M. in Taxation students preferred
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
