#***# Law Firm is excited to offer a 1L Summer Program in 2025 for law students in Syracuse and Ithaca, NY. This 10-week paid opportunity provides hands-on training and mentorship in all practice areas, while also fostering a commitment to diversity and inclusion within our community.
We are seeking full-time law students in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school who share our core beliefs and have a passion for making a positive impact through their work and life experiences. The program also includes participation in firm events and community-wide events attended by our attorneys and professional staff.
To apply, interested candidates must submit a resume, personal statement highlighting their community engagement and diversity, and a fall semester law school transcript (partial accepted) by January 17, 2025. The hiring committee will review applications and select candidates for initial interviews via Zoom between January 21st and 24th, with in-person callbacks at our offices the week of January 27th.
The final selection will be based on the candidate's demonstrated commitment to our core beliefs. While employment through the 1L Summer Program is limited to the summer of 2025, we encourage all applicants, whether selected or not, to also consider applying for our 2L Summer Associate Program once the application is open.
