Job Title: Summer Law Clerk (2026)
Location: Carson City and Las Vegas
Salary Range: $96,695.28 to $96,695.28 annually
Experience: Recent law school graduate with Juris Doctorate from ABA accredited school preferred
Employment Type: Full-time, one-year clerkship

Essential Duties:
- Review assigned cases and conduct thorough legal research
- Prepare concise and well-organized bench memos and orders
- Handle original writ petitions and petitions for rehearing
- Edit own work and that of co-clerks
- Stay updated on current decisions from this court and other applicable courts
- Attend oral arguments
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from ABA accredited law school (top 20% preferred)
- Experience with law review, moot court, and judicial externships desirable
- Exceptional legal research and writing abilities
- Flexible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
