In via e-mail on 12/16. Was dead set on UT for a while but will have to rethink things obviously. Not really crazy about California, but then again...it's fucking Berkeley!

If you don't intuitively get how awesome Berkeley and California are, please just go to Texas and make room for some of us who would sell our souls to the devil for a chance to move to Berkeley

To add to the laundry list of reasons why I hate finals, I got out of one to find that I had missed a call from a 510 phone number. When I called back, it was Dean Tom's answering machine.

Obviously I would have answered if I hadn't been in an exam. I called back about half an hour after the missed call occurred but I haven't gotten another call.

Has this happened to anyone else? Feedback?

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I don't want to look through old posts. This sucks, and could very well make the difference in my decision whether or not to attend:


"Under the new fee schedule, UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall law school will have the highest professional fee, a $31,355 surcharge that will bring total annual costs for California residents, not including room, board and books, to $44,200, up 21% from this year."

I didn't see it either. Only reference to anything Berkeley was about the business school and general undergrad as far as I can tell.

I am really simply hoping I can make it to committee review (169, 3.38; Should get a 4.0 this semester to jump me to a 3.44... still not Berkeley material, but it is a start.)
