In the rejection email. They said they are only taking 25 transfers

Prob not. FYI, according to their TLS profile, Penn places a heavy emphasis on school rank. This might explain the T4 dings yesterday. http://www.top-law-schools.com/penn-law-school.html

So, looking at Yahoo Groups, the next possible day of admissions is tomorrow.
Then theres the July 13-15 time frame. This year and last year looks like that acceptances are done via phone call with a follow up letter.
