Medical Addendum After Applying

I was thinking last night I should have added an addendum mentioning that I was hospitalized with pneumonia during finals one semester of college and it severely affected my grades (my worst semester GPA by far). Is it too late to send a medical addendum if I've already submitted my applications? The semester in question was almost ten years ago so it wasn't fresh in my mind when applying.

What's your cumulative GPA and what was your GPA that semester?

It's a 0.4 difference between cumulative and that semester. I sent a medical/GPA addendum.
