Checking in, just got my FedEx box! Went complete on 11/21, and my status changed to "decision mailed" two days ago.

Status checker changed to "decision mailed" but FedEx won't let me sign up for an account because it can't verify me for some reason....

Expecting a possible YP ding, but my status checker says "Decision Mailed."

How did you guys figure out you had FedEx on the way? Do you need an online account with them?

you can call fedex and they'll tell you if anything is en route to you

I don't think Vandy really YPs, based on the graphs for the past few LSN cycles.

You can go on FedEx and sign up for the Delivery Manager. It asks you a few questions to verify your identity and then you'll be able to check whether you have something en route.

Still waiting on a decision... but I tried to sign up for a fedex account and the account thought I was my uncle, so it couldn't verify my identity and won't let me try again (even with a new account created).

Moral of the story: Don't name your kids with the exact same name as a relative they live with. They might not be able to sign up for fedex manager to obsess over their Vandy decision and/or get their bank account deleted by BoA.

It's shipped express. Mine came in just a couple days, and most of my decisions from other schools have taken at least a week to arrive.

I also don't think that Vandy YP's. Their admissison process seems fairly formulaic. If you're above both 75ths, you'll get in and if they keep scholarships the same, you'll get $110k.

Not a decision, just a nice viewbook they send everyone. Just fyi, it can take a while for it to come. They said they had mailed it over a month before I got it.

Im sure this has been covered, but how long does it take between your tracker switching to 'Decision Mailed' and receiving an email from FedEx?

My tracker just changed but fedex has not emailed me about a package (I already have an account with them).

Go online and check the FedEx website because my email was pretty delayed. It showed up on the FedEx website about an hour after the decision switched to 'Decision Mailed' and then I got the email hours later.

Status check says Decision Mailed, was not able to make an account with FedEx because they couldn't verify me for some reason, called FedEx and they did not have a package on its way to me. Does this mean a rejection? There are no rejections on LSN yet and I'm >75th LSAT & >25th GPA, so I thought the status change would mean good news....

Naw, if you call FedEx and tell them it was shipped today, they'll tell you that they likely won't have it in the system yet. Try again tomorrow. Honestly, I'd be surprised if they were sending rejections at the beginning of December.

How long ago did your SC change? I think the Fedex thing takes a while to actually show a package coming.

It changed this morning...I'll try calling again tomorrow. Thanks!

Woot all that stress for nothing. I got my FedEx email around 11pm. it was about 8 hours after my tracker changed.

I'm getting so impatient... complete 11/3, interviewed 11/22, utter silence since then. Above LSAT 75th and above GPA median, but I don't think that really warrants a YP waitlist. I thought the interview went well, but I'm seeing so many acceptances of people who submitted after I did! Just a little disheartening.
