What are your chances to transfer? Look here first!
The same question comes up often: What are my chances at XYZ coming from top P% at school ranked in the A-B range?

Northwestern, Michigan, Penn and Duke.
Northwestern and Michigan usually have larger transfer classes.
Duke seems like a crap shoot

Outside shot at UM, NU, or GTown.
Don't waste your money applying to Penn, Duke, or UVA.
