Hi,

Had my interview this morning. I am a post-WL JS-1. I also got the homework but had sent in a LOCI already. I have to email Anne by Sunday night so she sees it first thing Monday morning.

Any guesses on when us pre-WL JS1s might hear some news? I wonder if we'll see JS1bs or if we'll be emailed a prompt for the "homework" assignment

Any idea how many interviews were conducted these last three days?

Finger crossed!
Is JS-1b phone call only? I will not be reachable by phone after the end of this month...

I've just heard about calls, though I'm sure they can do it through email or Skype. You may want to let them know when you're not going to be available by phone.

Oh, and the 15th-20th is coming up very soon. Fingers crossed.

Do they ask to schedule JS1b's? Or do they just cold call you?

What happens if you miss the call? Auto-reject? Guess I can't leave my phone for the next week...

It's Monday now and we're getting closer to the 15th so hopefully we'll have some decisions soon :)

Ms. Early. No I don't really mind - my handle is the same as everything on my application. If they really wanted to know who I was, they would know by now. I'm for 100% transparency lol.

So last year's JS1b’s and JS2’s went from Tues. May 21- Fri. May 24th, which fits roughly with the 15th-20th timeline since things seem to be a week ahead this cycle. The JS1’s were mostly the day before the subsequent JS2, although a few happened 2 days before the JS2.

JS1b on Tues. May 21st = JS2 on Wed. May 22nd

JS1b on Wed. May 22nd/ Thurs May 23 = JS2 on Fri. May 24th

Thanks for the analysis. I'm getting excited!

For those of us who have not had a JS1: Looking at last year's spreadsheet there were 2 distinct rounds of Post-WL JS1s about two weeks apart. Other than that there was one Post-WL JS1 reported about a month after the first round.

Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

Interesting. Would someone kindly post a link to last year's spreadsheet? Was there a JS2 wave between the first and second Post-WL JS1 rounds?

Here's the spreadsheet. As for your question though I can check the thread because it isn't clear from this spreadsheet alone.

Does anyone know what the financial aid process is like for post-WL JS2's? Is a preliminary financial aid offer provided during the 24-72 hour time frame or are we expected to accept/reject an offer without any sense of what our debt obligations will be?

I think they're expecting the latter.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
