Hey y'all, just got an email inviting me to interview with NLRB on the GC side in DC, interviews starting on 11/30. Anyone else heard back?

I have very much not heard back from either the Board or GC side. Wonder if they send out the invites all at once or if they trickle them out? Edit for additional question: what's your USAJobs status?

Update on HUD: I went from "Reviewed" to "Referred" on USAJobs. Guess I jumped the gun a little bit thinking I was sunk!

Hey there- Congrats! Glad to hear of someone else on here. I did get that email with six time slots. I'm not sure what exactly that means, could be, but also may just be that they gave certain options to certain people? I heard from someone that 2 years ago they hired 10-12 people and that generally they have a bigger hiring class. Not sure how much that has changed.

I heard back about a second interview with NSA as well. Did you get the email with the six timeslots listed? Does this mean there are six people with second interviews..? And do you have any idea how many are being hired?

Heard back from NSA re not being selected for a second interview. Not sure if they are going in order, but my screener was in early September.

Also got a ding, screened in Oct.

Just an fyi, I got a first-round interview invite with DOL on 11/13; they're doing interviews today and tomorrow. I applied to the regional office posting, but the interview is with DC folks.

Congrats! Did you do an OCI, or is this your first interview with them?

First interview (I graduated law school in 2019).

It's for NLRB, though I wouldn't be surprised if there were other interview slots too/I haven't heard anything either way from the Board side. Didn't apply to the Regions.

Welp - the firm I was clerking at this spring just told me they would not be hiring me. Banking on ACOE and FERC I guess but I was sure this was going to be a job.

Not technically an honors program, but in the same family: dinged at PMF because my transcript didn't meet requirements. Future applicants, don't make the same mistake I did - submit an official transcript!

2) Have been qualified for USACE. No further contacts from USACE.

Was this from a regional office or the DC office?

I received a DOL email from DC last week re I’m under active consideration for regional position and to rank my preferences. I was also asked to confirm that I was still interested in a DC position.

Qualified for USACE as well. Ive read that regional offices usually do not reach out for interviews until spring. But here's to hoping that one bucks the trend!
