Are your softs actually average, or are they bad? Assuming they’re just average, this is my opinion:
Yale, Stanford - probably not just because of your softs and GPA, but you never know.
Harvard, Chicago, UVA, NYU, Penn, Columbia (in descending order of competitiveness) - solid chance. Maybe around 50% at each school. I bet you get into at least two of them.
Rest of T20 - Very likely, especially if you apply early. I say T20 bc idek who the current official T14 is.
T20 down - more or less guaranteed.
Money is always hard to predict at T14s but you should get something, particularly on the lower end. Don’t be afraid to take it.
Apply early.
