I have ~5 years of experience as a software developer working on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data etc.
Majored in Computer Science.
No other soft skills.
I have taken LSAT multiple times.
I have money saved up but that could only finance my cost of living for 3 years in US at best.
I am guessing Big Law with full-ride scholarship is the only option for me.
What can I expect from T14 in this regard?
Should I apply Northwestern ED or take my chances with RD with all T14?

Thank you. I know it depends on the applicant, but how common is it to get T14 full-ride scholarships on my stats? What can I expect?

There are very few "full-ride" scholarships offered by US law schools. However, many law schools offer full tuition & fees scholarships.
Harvard, Yale, & Stanford do not--to the best of my knowledge--offer merit scholarships, but they do offer need based financial aid.
Georgetown & Northwestern offer a lot of scholarships.
Tough question without an undergraduate GPA, but a 174 LSAT score should generate scholarship offers from T-14 law schools--especially in light of your work experience.

Thanks. Full tuition & fees scholarships mean I only need to fund the cost of living during my stay and full-ride would involve some kind of stipend on top of full tuition & fees; is that right?

Yes, you are correct. (Full-ride scholarships cover tuition, fees, and a stipend for books, room & board. However, full ride scholarships are very rare.)
