Depending on the quality of your teaching experience, I'd guess a bit better than 1/3, but YLS is truly a black box because of the faculty process they use. You're certainly a realistic admit which is better than most can say.

Depends on the size of the discount (including cost-of-living differences, and any need-based aid you're able to get) what what your career goals actually are - for most, there's a pretty small delta between Harvard and CCN, and there are even a couple areas where you'd arguably be better served with the CCN (e.g., Chicago is doing an amazing job at clerkships lately, and it's at least as good for Chicago biglaw; NYU is amazing place for public interest). HLS's brand is usually worth a small premium, but these are peer institutions we're talking about.
