Hi!
So I took the GRE and scored in the 97th percentile in Reading and 30th percentile in Math. Weird and sad and bad!
I've read on some forums that Law Schools don't care much about the math portion of the GRE.
I'm considering applying to Georgetown Law.
I have a 3.6 undergrad GPA and 4 years experience in public sector strategy consulting with a big firm. 27, White, Male.
I would love anyone's thoughts about if this is a deranged idea or if I should just YOLO and do it?
Thanks,

Take the LSAT. The GRE admit option is generally for people who are already in grad school in another field, which you aren't, and if your skills are that lopsided toward verbal, you can probably do pretty well on the LSAT. As it stands now, I can't imagine GULC opening your application.

They definitely do care about the math section to some extent, and 30th-percentile is kind of a red flag.
Agree that you should take the LSAT.

Aspiring lawyer. We aren’t known for math, accounting, or marketable skills. Most are liberal arts refugees.zzxxxx wrote:how on earth did you get 30 percentile in math?

I know, but GRE math is hardly even high school level math. Maybe I'm biasedJohnnybgoode92 wrote:Aspiring lawyer. We aren’t known for math, accounting, or marketable skills. Most are liberal arts refugees.zzxxxx wrote:how on earth did you get 30 percentile in math?
