Hi! I'm looking for some advice on where to apply as a 3.4x/170/non-URM. I value a school's clerkship placement and am interested in biglaw. I've fooled around a bit with myLSN, but there is not much data for ED applicants. Should I consider an ED? If not, where should I look to apply?
Thanks for the help!

Welcome to TLS!
You shouldn't ED anywhere. There is generally little benefit to EDing and plenty of downside (notably in terms of losing out on scholarship money). EDing to NW, with its guaranteed scholarship for admitted ED applicants, sometimes is a good option for splitters with extremely low GPAs (who otherwise wouldn't get scholarship $ anywhere in the T13), but your 3.4x isn't low enough to place you in that camp, IMO.
Rather, apply early in the cycle (that means by Halloween) across the T13, starting at CCN and down. Add in a few T20s in your region(s) of interest. Vandy and Georgetown are generally the strongest T20s for BigLaw placement, and WUSTL is also generally worth a shot due to its generosity in offering scholarship money. If you're particularly interested in CA, add UCLA/USC, and if you're particularly interested in TX, add UT.
