166/International/Master's Degree - Top 20 chances?

LSAT: 158, 166, 162 (sigh)

Went to a top university in the UK and graduated with upper second class honours, International Relations major.
Got my Master's degree from a top university in Asia (English-medium graduate school) with GPA (4.17/4.3; LSAC GPA not available) & some research experiences.
Interested in international/comparative law/economic development

What could be my chances in Top 20 (hopefully any one in t14 but I know my numbers are not enough)?
