What are my chances of getting in to a T25 school?

Just scored 160 (after averaging 168 on practice tests :x ) on September LSAT,
GPA 3.4 from UC Berkeley (because I took a couple bio courses my first year while figuring everything out, major GPA is 3.9),
Hispanic/Latina and PS is about my disability (and thus subsequent interest in disability law).

Should I retake December LSAT? I'm so torn because I feel like delaying my application will be detrimental in the long run even if my score improves.

100% retake. Don't even think of applying with that performance below your PT median.
