Puerto Rican Chances?

Post by BU2014 » Wed Oct 04, 2017 3:02 pm

GPA: 3.6
LSAT: 162 (retaking in December, but let's go off my 162)

Other: LGBT, 1st generation college student, 1-2 years work experience

I'm somewhat confused as to what schools I should be targeting -- where do you think I have a decent shot? Would I have any shot at USC/UCLA/Fordham/GW/BC/BU type schools?

(Ideally I'd like to do corporate law for a few years then maybe go into govt work. Fine with a midsized law firm in LA/NYC/DC/some smaller markets)

Do Puerto Ricans get the same boost as other hispanics?

Any advice would be appreciated

Shoot for the T14, especially if you can hit 165+. PR/MA are grouped in the same URM category so it should actively help you.
