Is my WE worth anything?
By the time of my application, I'll have been a licensed real estate agent selling condos for about two years. Is this likely to be particularly useful to my app, or basically meaningless? Might it distract from a subpar GPA? I'll be applying to T14/T1, if that is relevant.

What is your "subpar" GPA? And what is your LSAT?
Your work experience will be helpful, but it only goes so far.

It will not distract from sub-par GPA. In fact I don't even see how it is relevant, especially for T1-T14.

Re: Is my WE worth anything?
My numbers are 3.5/177. As a splitter, my cycle's going to be a bit unpredictable - LSN has very few similar cases. My hope is that the two years of WE puts some distance between me and that GPA, and show an improved work ethic. Admissions advantages aren't the reason that I'm taking these years off in between, so really it would just be a nice bonus to my application, but I wanted to know what I can expect.

JFC.
3.5 is not a "sub-par" GPA except in the most literal sense of the word. You'll be fine. You're barely even a splitter.

Your GPA is fine, that LSAT will more than make up for it, and, in that context at least, your work experience will be "basically meaningless."

In the context of admission to HYS/money to CCN, I'm under the impression that that GPA will hold me back. Do you guys disagree? Sorry if this comes across like the "4.0/180 URM" people fishing for compliments in here - not meant that way.
