3.38/174 Chances at Columbia/NYU?

Am a U.S. national, but served in the military for a different country(dual citizen).

Recent stats suggest slightly better than average at NYU and slightly worse than average at Columbia. Anecdotally I'm hearing things about Columbia looking to take some super splitters this year already so maybe it's a bit higher. Probably in at UVA/Penn and maybe with some money. I'd apply there too if I were you.
