Not sure why you only applied down to Penn - seems like an arbitrary distinction to make. In any case, I would suggest applying at least down the rest of the T14. Even if you don't want to go to any of them, they provide scholarship leverage, as well as insurance in the (unlikely) case that you don't get even one of CCN/P.
