I think with a Superior and 171 you should look very good for NYU at least, your LSAT is slightly below median/at median at Columbia but I think those softs should give you a good boost (I'd say a coin flip if not slightly better), Chicago may be a bit difficult but not be impossible.

Harvard will be a bit of a reach - I haven't seen any internationals get in with a 171 with the past few years. But depending on how much emphasis they put on your softs and your interview performance, you may still have a shot.
