Asking for a friend:
I am planning on applying in the next three weeks, likely by the first week of December. My GPA is mediocre in liberal arts (3.5) from a lower ivy, and I have a 171 on my LSAT. I will have about two years of pretty interesting work experience by the time I attend. It is not Goldman Sachs, but it is pretty unique in a tech firm.
Recommendations should be above average, with one very good, and one pretty good. All from pretty renowned professors in their respective fields - but I understand that matters little. If I am able to attend a T6 school, I would be happy to pay sticker. Or I am also happy with some money from the bottom half of T14.
Any help would be appreciated.

A little less than a coin-flip at NYU (sticker of course). Out at all other T6's. You'll pick up a handful of lower T14 offers--scholarships will be hit or miss but probably something like 50-75K (maybe 80K on the high side).
Don't go to NYU sticker.
