If you can see yourself going to a particular T-20 on a fullride, either because you have ties to the area or just really like the school, then apply to that school. There's no such thing as too many applications if you can afford them.

Just remember that you're only going to end up at one of them, so there's no reason to pay all the fees for your safety's safety school. Apply to schools that you would attend. One of my classmates told me she applied to like 20 schools wishes she had out that 800 bucks to better use.
