Splitter: 3.18 GPA, 173 LSAT

I'm a textbook splitter. Im looking for advice on which schools to apply to. My GPA is 3.18 and my LSAT score was 173. Which schools would be a reach for me to get into and which schools would be more realistic?

HYS, Chi, and Berkeley are probably so far out of the realm of possibility they aren't worth applying to. Everywhere else is certainly possible. Penn maybe the most unlikely outside of those 5?
