169/3.97 Columbia ED

Asian with New Zealand background, decent softs (court internship, family violence law center internship, president of community service student org, VP of cultural student org, law research apprenticeship). Most likely okay LORs. I'm wondering if it would be worth a try for me to apply ED to Columbia? What are my chances for T14 in general? Thanks!!
