Planning on applying to everywhere in the T14 except Columbia and HSY.

Is money possible and if so, how much?

Frankly, from what I'm seeing on LSAC's calculator (https://officialguide.lsac.org/Release/ ... ALSAT.aspx) admission to the T14 is going to be a bit of a reach on its own. I'm guessing you'll get into four or five of the bottom half of the T14, but money might be a stretch.

That lsac calculator is shit. OP is firmly in the running for every t14 except HYS and perhaps CC. Schools like duke, cornell, michigan, and nu all tend to pretty reliable at dishing out some $, especially for a 170+ LSAT.
