Chicago you still have a shot, but with the new 3.73 25th GPA, you might get a waitlist.
Harvard you have not an amazing shot, but worth applying nonetheless, imo
not sure about YS

Yep - they either referred me to their website or told me to make sure I am registered with CRS (I am). Some people have gotten this response before receiving a waiver weeks later, however, so I am still hopeful.
