I want to go to UVA law, for sure, but I wonder if I actually have a chance.
Some background: 167 LSAT, 3.7 LSDAS GPA (3.83 from my undergrad institution though, writing an addendum). K-JD from HYPS. Enrolled Native American with extensive activism and community involvement. Founded a nonprofit relating to community activism and law. In state Virginia resident.
My numbers are eh, but I hope I have some mitigating softs. What do yall think?

Do not ED UVA with those stats and Native American URM status. You can have a HS and possibly Y if you have great softs and you will likely have a lot of $$$$ offers at CCN on down. If you are set on UVA you will get that with scholarship money there is no reason to ED because then you're locked in and UVA has no incentive to give you scholarship money.

I think you are in for a great cycle. Apply to entire T14 and do not ED anywhere so you have freedom to choose. Good luck!
