What are my chances for Penn Law?

Post by rsox5000 » Sun Apr 24, 2016 4:12 pm

I am a junior economics major/math minor at a "more selective" university in the Northeast. I currently have a 3.84, but I am on pace for a 4.0 this semester so there is a good chance I will be around a 3.87 when I apply in the fall. I take my LSAT in June, but I took two practice tests recently and received a 165/166. Let's say I get a 165 on my LSAT in June. I am also a member of the mock trial team, President of Omicron Delta Epsilon, and Vice President of College Republicans. My internships include two summers at my local Pro Bono office. Thank you!

1) Nothing anyone here is gonna tell you is more useful than things like this: http://mylsn.info/r/pre-law/admissions/search/
2) come back when you have an LSAT
3) those softs don't really matter. It's all a numbers game. Seriously.

As a K-JD with average to below average softs, you're gonna need to be over both medians for a good shot.
