You have a very good shot with the T14 with those numbers as it is. I would say the URM will help a lot but the LGBTQ will neither influence decisions in either direction, nor would i make it an emphasis of your application. I'd throw your stats into mylsn both with and without URM to see what your odds are. If you have a particularly bad cycle, it's going to be because you applied late. If you have to reapply and think you can do better you may as well retake and blanket the entire T-14 for scholly purposes as well.
