Canadian living in Canada.
South Asian.
Do I stand a chance at UCLA, Austin Texas, George Town , or Cornell?
Now since finance options are extremely limited to me since I am a Canadian citizen, can I expect scholarship money from any of these schools?

2. You certainly qualify for merit scholarship money at schools that award it.
