3.25 GPA, 169 LSAT, URM
I was wondering what my chances were but I deleted my original post.

I mean it depends where you're applying but I'm non URM, same LSAT, slightly lower GPA and got WL at Penn, In at GULC and Mich.

These are basically my stats too, and the chart above is pretty close (though a bit pessimistic if you're AA). Get 2 more lsat points and your chances at HYS could improve significantly.

Agree totally that it might be a little different for an AA. What's potentially available to an AA? NYU and Columbia?180kickflip wrote:These are basically my stats too, and the chart above is pretty close (though a bit pessimistic if you're AA). If AA....NYU, Chicago, and Columbia all a coinflip, with WL way more likely than a reject. I'd also be expecting more Penn waitlists than acceptances (or rejections) and say they have a way better shot at B than the chart suggests. Also, if AA, throw all those $ predictions out the window.fliptrip wrote:Agree totally that it might be a little different for an AA. What's potentially available to an AA? A 169 for an AA is just too rare...outside of HYS, that's usually going to get a waitlist instead of an outright deny (and if they squeezed out 1 more point), they'd have an outside shot at H...I've seen 170/3.3s get in a few times on here the last 3 cycles
None of that should really matter for most TLSers though. Those numbers (at least for AA) get huge $ below UVA, and when you're a diverse candidate shooting for biglaw and choosing between M/Cornell/NW for almost nothing and CCN for $xxx, xxx, the answer should be simple

Thanks for the replys, and I am a native american URM. I have my CDIB and I am also tribal enrolled with one of 5 civilized tribes. I will look into retaking the LSAT this summer. Penn is one of my target schools because I am from that area.

At some schools, NA gets a boost similar to AA, so definitely study, win, and profit.mev1303 wrote:Thanks for the replys, and I am a native american URM.
