I'll take a stab. Your LSAT score is excellent and will be a big help, but as you know your GPA is on the lower side. In terms of softs, I can't honestly say how much of a difference they will make to an adcomm in terms of deciding to admit you. I don't think 6 years of WE or a graduate degree is anything to scoff at, but I'm just not sure if they would give you a big bump. As for your questions:
1. Based on myLSN, I think you have a good shot at the lower T14, especially with an early application. Sample sizes are small but see below:

2. If i were you, I wouldn't apply ED anywhere with your numbers because of you do you'll be locked in and will lose your power to negotiate. However, NU ED comes with a $150K scholarship which is a great outcome.
3. In regards to the others, just apply broadly and see what happens! Know this probably wasn't the answer you were looking for, but it can be difficult to predict exactly how splitters will fare 21st specific schools.
Your chances will be best everywhere if you get your applications in early. Feel free to PM if youd like any more information. Have some personal experiences that I'd be happy to share as well.
