Business major from a decent community college, below-average softs, LORs should be decent, need to stay in NYC area. Any shot at all at Brooklyn or Cardozo, or at least a very large scholarship at a place like Hofstra?

I am slightly confused by your post, but it may just be the wording. Have you finished your Bachelor's degree yet, or just your Associate's?

Your GPA is legitAF. Retake. Don't waste it. Solid score and schools like NYU and Columbia will be throwing $$$ at you like nobody's business.

Don't waste your hard work on any of those schools.
