Re: GPA 3.49/ LSAT 161
"Experienced people's opinions" will come from myLSN and speculation. So if you haven't checked that yet, I'd start there. I realize this isn't in your question, but have you considered a retake? Getting to at least mid-160s will greatly improve your chances of acceptance and scholarship. It also kind of depends on where you claim as home because of in-state matriculant requirements which allow some schools to be more forgiving for in-state applicants. UT is almost definitely out (source: applied with similar but better numbers and was denied, and mylsn doesn't show very favorably).

Check out www.mylsn.info for chances. Pretty much all schools care about is GPA and LSAT so that will give you a good idea of your chances.
You should probably acquire more geographic focus, right now you're applying to a smattering of random regional schools and that's not a good application strategy.
What do you want to do with a law degree? Where do you want to work? Lots of people say they don't care where they work- if that's true then you should just apply to schools that feed into the market where you have your strongest professional and personal ties (so, if you're from Arizona, that means Arizona and ASU. Applying to a school like UT or William and Mary would make no sense because legal employment is highly regional in nature).
